Aloha Mobile Scooters really impressed me, from the most amazing customer service to free delivery to my hotel and the newest scooters. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I got my scooter due to our late arrival to Vegas. He took the time to explain the features and the functions. The scooter was very powerful and carried my “Shrek” frame like nothing, the battery lasted all day without losing charge. Mahalo to Aloha Mobile Scooters for making my mom’s Las Vegas visit so much more enjoyable. Her Wheelchair was damaged on the way to LV, so she had no way of getting around the city and seeing the strip. AMS (Aloha Mobile scooters) came highly recommended by a lot of our friends and family who used them on their trip in the past. The scooter was clean, smooth, and definitely a life saver. The staff was very friendly, quick on responding, and patient in explaining everything clearly. They made sure my mom felt comfortable before we hit the road. Thanks to them, my mom got around easily and enjoyed the views the strip has to offer. And most of all, we got to make all the memories we had hoped for because of their scooter. Had a great experience with Aloha Mobile Scooters! We rented a scooter for my dad while we were in Vegas, and it made walking the Strip so much easier for him. The drop-off process was super easy, and the scooter worked perfectly the entire trip. It was nice being able to enjoy our time together without worrying about him getting tired from all the walking.
