First class service! Harold made the entire experience very enjoyable!

rude rude rude is all i can say. We rented for a week to get a cheaper rate and we didnt even keep it thr full week returned 2 days early as was expected and man was rude because we were not there right at 8am even though i did say it may not be right at 8am. either way we paid for a week and was poorly treated at return on day 5 because we werent there at 8am.. due to his rudeness i would not recommend

Harold was so accommodating and helpful. I only emailed to reserve a scooter and he replied immediately. Brought the scooter to our hotel at once. Gave all the necessary instructions and number in case we have a problem. My mother loved the scooter!

We rented a scooter for my husband at the Polynesian cultural center. It was easy. He said it was comfortable to ride on, and the battery lasted a long time. Still seemed to be fully charged when we turned back in like 9 hours later.

I called and the person who answered was creepy and rude. I asked if they have any electric mobility scooters available for rent and he asked my location. I said Honolulu. He then began asking me where and I told him I’m home and he wanted my address. I asked if he can tell me if he have any electric scooter available for rent before he start asking me my home address and he told me to get somebody else. My question required a simple yes or no. I give my home address if I’m doing business with someone and have their property, no business was established so why would you ask my address and refuse to answer my simple question.

I recently had the pleasure of using AlohaMobility Scooters for a scooter rental in Oahu. From my first contact to my last, Mark was amazing. He was upfront with his pricing and met every metric he said he would. His scooters are top-notch, which flow right along with his impeccable service. Also, given that taking my own scooter, risks it being damaged (which I can’t afford to be without), the fee he charged was well worth it. I can’t speak highly enough of Mark and his company. Outstanding job.
